1. Services We Provide
Fair Claim Help provides:
Certified diminished value (DV) appraisal reports prepared by independent appraisers through a separate valuation platform to ensure objectivity and compliance
Free claim reviews for auto, property, and injury-related losses
Intake services and referrals to licensed professionals, including attorneys, public adjusters, and appraisers
Educational content, insurance claim support tools, and consumer resources
We do not guarantee specific claim outcomes or insurance payment recovery. All services are informational or referral-based unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. User Eligibility
You must be:
At least 18 years old
A U.S. resident
The legal owner, driver, or policyholder of the vehicle or property involved
Use of our services for fraudulent or misleading claims is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
All purchases are processed securely via Stripe.
Our diminished value (DV) reports are customized digital services and are typically non-refundable once delivered.
However, if you receive a DV appraisal recommending recovery and:
You follow our instructions and submit the claim properly, and
You do not recover at least the amount you paid for the report (from the insurer, a third-party, or in settlement)
→ You may request a refund of the report fee.
To qualify:
You must submit proof that you pursued the claim in good faith using our documentation.
You must provide the insurer’s or adjuster’s denial or settlement documentation.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of report delivery.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of incomplete submissions, fraudulent claims, or lack of cooperation in the refund review process.
4. Delivery of Digital Services
Digital services, including certified diminished value (DV) appraisal reports and customizable fillable letters, are delivered via email to the contact information provided at the time of order. Reports are prepared by licensed or certified independent appraisers to maintain objectivity and compliance. Turnaround times are typically 1–2 business days but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
5. Referrals and Third Parties
We may refer you to qualified professionals, including but not limited to:
Licensed public adjusters (PAs)
Attorneys for personal injury, bad faith, or insurance disputes
Certified appraisers and valuation experts
Contractors, tradespeople, or other service providers related to your claim
You are under no obligation to hire any referred provider. Referrals are made for your convenience, and we encourage you to perform your own due diligence. In some cases, we may receive referral compensation or operate on an affiliate or partnership basis.
6. No Legal or Insurance Advice
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Any referrals or informational content are not a substitute for legal counsel. You should consult an attorney regarding your specific situation.
We are also not an insurance company or licensed to adjust claims in all jurisdictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
- You agree to hold us harmless for any actions taken based on the use of our services or referrals.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, forms, reports, and downloadable files, are the property of Fair Claim Help. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.
FairClaimHelp.org and its parent company, Fair Claim Alliance LLC, retain all rights to proprietary content, designs, systems, seals, and branding displayed on this website and affiliated microsites.
In certain cases, business partners (e.g., collision centers, law firms, public adjusters) may authorize the use of their business name, logo, or design elements on co-branded landing pages, seals, or trust indicators. All such partner assets remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission.
Use of a partner’s name, logo, or other intellectual property by FairClaimHelp.org does not imply ownership. FairClaimHelp.org agrees to use these materials solely for the purpose of referral generation, promotional representation, or as part of a recognized Trusted Partner relationship. These assets may be removed or updated upon written request by the partner at any time.
9. Trusted Partner Program
Businesses listed as “Trusted Partners” on FairClaimHelp.org or on affiliated microsites may have agreed to participate in referral programs, co-branded marketing, or lead generation campaigns.
In some cases, partner businesses allow the display of their business name, logo, or marketing messages on FairClaimHelp.org pages, seals, or site. FairClaimHelp.org takes reasonable steps to ensure these representations are accurate and authorized.

10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Submit false or misleading claim information
Harass or abuse support staff or partners
Attempt to access restricted areas or data
Use the service to promote unlawful activity
Violation may result in account termination and potential legal action.
11. Data Privacy
Use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. SMS and Email Communications
By submitting a form or placing an order, you consent to receive SMS or email communications regarding:

Your appraisal or report
Referrals or status updates
Important notifications or legal information
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to texts or using unsubscribe links in emails.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. You agree to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration.
You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the latest effective date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
